Who am I?

The question of our personal identity may be one of the most difficult to ask.

While we all use the word „I“ frequently and liberally, who we actually are is quite complex.

Like many other people of grown age I used to identify strongly with the work I was doing.

Incidentally, the is also the case with many of my clients and customers, especially when their professional identity doesn’t seem to fit anymore or changes due to outside influences.

„Re-inventing yourself“, „changing tracks“ are expressions that are often used in this process, but the underlying goal is a bit different, it’s actually the need and challenge to identify where we can put our energy, capacities and skills to the best use for ourselves and other, and really shine.

So, the question isn’t „Who am I“, but rather „Who am I becoming“ as the present unfolds into the future, and „Am I okay with what I’m becoming“.

Walk with that for a while and see what unfolds.
