{"id":38,"date":"2026-07-14T12:51:37","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T10:51:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.positive-hr.de\/ms\/?p=38"},"modified":"2026-07-14T12:51:37","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T10:51:37","slug":"who-am-i","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.positive-hr.de\/ms\/2026\/07\/14\/who-am-i\/","title":{"rendered":"Who am I?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The question of our personal identity may be one of the most difficult to ask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While we all use the word &#8222;I&#8220; frequently and liberally, who we actually are is quite complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like many other people of grown age I used to identify strongly with the work I was doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incidentally, the is also the case with many of my clients and customers, especially when their professional identity doesn&#8217;t seem to fit anymore or changes due to outside influences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;Re-inventing yourself&#8220;, &#8222;changing tracks&#8220; are expressions that are often used in this process, but the underlying goal is a bit different, it&#8217;s actually the need and challenge to identify where we can put our energy, capacities and skills to the  best use for ourselves and other, and really shine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, the question isn&#8217;t &#8222;Who am I&#8220;, but rather &#8222;Who am I becoming&#8220; as the present unfolds into the future, and &#8222;Am I okay with what I&#8217;m becoming&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walk with that for a while and see what unfolds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The question of our personal identity may be one of the most difficult to ask.
